Here’s how your order progresses from start to finish:

1. Payment received – we start working on your print proof.
2. Proof validation – you approve your digital proof (no production before this step).
3. Order confirmation - we put the order in production in our system and send you a PDF confirmation where you can check all details (delivery date, quantity, price, delivery address and invoicing address), please always check it and give feedback to our team quickly if something is not right.
4. Production – your custom packaging is printed, quality-checked and packed in our Dutch facility.
5. Shipping – you receive a Track & Trace code for smaller shipments (up to 10 boxes with UPS). If you ordered more than 10 boxes, the order will be sent on a pallet (no tracking code).
6. You’ll automatically receive your invoice once products are shipped.

Placing an order through our webshop is simple:

1. Select your preferred product and quantity.
2. Upload your design using our rectangular template (PDF or AI format).
3. Choose your desired printing method (digital or flexo) and any optional accessories.
4. Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.

After placing your order, our design team prepares your digital proof for approval before production begins.

If you don’t have a design yet, you can request a free custom design simply send us your logo, branding, and ideas, and our studio will create it for you.

If you experience problems during checkout for example:

• your design file won’t upload,
• your desired quantity or accessory doesn’t appear
• you’re unsure about a technical file issue

After we receive payment, your proof is prepared and sent for approval. Production begins only after proof validation.
