How to make a claim?

If you notice an issue with your order (e.g., print defect, leakage, delivery damage):

  1. Contact us within a few days of receipt.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Include the batch number/ send us a picture of the box sticker

What happens after I submit a claim?

Our quality team reviews your claim and responds within 2–3 working days.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • ask for return and send replacement products
  • issue a credit note
  • provide a refund or discount code for next order

We aim to resolve every case fairly and efficiently.
