Our delivery times can change a little bit depending on the volume we are processing. Some parts of the year are busier than others and makes production time a bit longer. Also, depending on the quantity you want to order, delivery time will be different. 

Overall we have the following typical lead times:

For the cups:

250 up to 5 000 pieces: 6 to 8 working days

6 000 up to 14 000 pieces: 8 to 10 working days

15 000 up to 50 000 pieces: 20 to 25 working days

50 000 pieces and more: 30 to 35 working days

Bowls: maximum 5 weeks

Buckets: 3 to 4 weeks 

Plant pots: 4 weeks

Keep in mind that these lead times are from the moment we put the order in production (print proof validated AND order confirmed/ paid).

We also give the option to have Express delivery, adding costs to your order. For this option, please ask your sale representative to check disponibilities and price.

Yes we do! 

For now we can arrange shipment to the UK, Switzerland, Norway or even Romania. It is only a matter of customs papers, so if you need shipment to other countries then within the EU, always check with us first and provide all information required so the order and shipment goes smoothly!

Delivery within the EU is included in the price of the products.

Customs duties or VAT for destinations like the UK and Switzerland may apply and are billed separately of the product's costs.

If you require multiple deliveries within the same order, then we will apply shipping costs for the added shipments from the first.

For shipments up to 10 boxes, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code via email from UPS.
Larger orders shipped on pallets do not include tracking, but our logistics team can provide delivery updates upon request.

If your package is delayed or damaged, please contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
