How does the payment work?

You can pay via the website via iDeal, Credit Card & Bancontact. Would you rather pay by invoice? Then you must place the order by email.

Once you have placed the order, we will immediately start designing and (after approval) producing the cups.

By agreeing to the general terms and conditions and placing an order, you enter into a payment obligation. The payment term on invoice is 14 days.

When will I receive my invoice?

Once the cups have been shipped, you will receive the invoice by email. The payment term is 14 working days.

Are the stated prices incl. or excl. VAT?

The prices stated on the website are exclusive of VAT.

Can I return my cups?

All products are customer-specific and are made according to your wishes. This means that it is not possible to return these products unless the product does not correspond to the agreements made. You will always receive a digital proof before we start production. An approved proof is decisive here.

Wrong or damaged products?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We always look for a suitable solution.
