How are the coffee cups packaged?

When they are produced, they are automatically wrapped in a plastic sleeve. Our employees never touch the cups or bowls. This ensures optimum hygiene. To protect them from the environment, such as dust and humidity, they are packed in plastic sleeves. To avoid waste, our boxes are specifically made so they fit perfectly with the delivery.

Each box clearly indicates which cup size and design is being packed.

How are my cups shipped?

We only work with reliable transporters. We ship the cups via UPS for up to 10 boxes. For orders of more than 10 boxes we use Claassen transport for Benelux countries and other transporter such as Schenker for the rest of europe.

What is the delivery time of my cups?

This depends on the chosen delivery preference.

If you have chosen standard delivery, we guarantee delivery within 8 working days. The cups are dispatched on the 6th day and delivered by the carrier on the 8th day.

If you have chosen 5-day express delivery, we will dispatch the cups on the 3rd day and they will be delivered by the carrier on the 5th day.

With 3-day express delivery, we ensure that the cups are dispatched the same day. Of course, with priority delivery and on time! The cups will be delivered to your premises by the end of the 3rd day.

What are the shipping costs?

If you want a delivery within the Benelux countries, it is free of charge!

Outside the Benelux countries, we charge postage on the entire order, whether for delivery to a single address or to several points. if you would like the cups to be delivered to several addresses, please let us know in advance.

If you place an order through our website, the delivery costs will be calculated automatically before check-out. This way, you'll always have the total price before you place an order!

Will I receive a track & trace code?

For orders of up to 10 boxes you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This will be shipped via UPS. If you order more than 10 boxes you will not receive a track & trace code as we might send a pallet.

Can my cups be sent abroad?

That's certainly possible! There will be additional shipping costs. Please contact us for this.
